    On the builder's site, the rep links their Huws Gray trade account, snaps the drawings and sends the job for an estimate. Two minutes on a phone.

    AI drafts, an estimator checks

    Claude reads the drawings and drafts every line by build stage. A UK Estimates estimator checks the quantities, fixes what's wrong and publishes.

    The builder gets a price

    Priced on the builder's own account: their discount band and their region. They see the total, each stage's subtotal and their trade saving.

    Order stage by stage

    Foundations this week, the roof next month. Each stage the builder orders unlocks its full quantities and goes to the branch for delivery.
